You get direct access to VACC’s team of qualified commercial vehicle technicians via phone and email. They can help with complex diagnostics, unusual faults, and technical guidance when you need expert backup.
Is the data regularly updated?
Yes. Our data is continuously updated with new models, technical bulletins, recalls, and repair information to keep you current with the latest commercial vehicle technology.
Can multiple technicians use the same subscription?
The Diagnostic subscription is designed for four access at any one time.
What's the difference between the VACC member and non-member pricing?
VACC members receive a $600 annual discount, paying $1,019 (+GST) instead of $1619 (+GST). If you’re not currently a VACC member, the membership savings can quickly offset the membership cost.
What happens if I need help using the platform?
We provide onboarding support to get you started, plus ongoing technical support for any platform questions. The Tech Advisory Service is also there to help with technical vehicle questions.
