Is the data regularly updated?
Yes. HaynesPro data is continuously updated with new models, technical bulletins, recalls, and repair information to keep you current with the latest commercial vehicle technology.
Can multiple technicians use the same subscription?
The Commercial subscription is designed for four concurrent logins per license.
What's the difference between the VACC member and non-member pricing?
VACC members receive a $600 annual discount, paying $1,619 (+GST) instead of $2,219 (+GST). If you’re not currently a VACC member, the membership savings can quickly offset the membership cost.
Is there a contract period?
No, we offer Month-to-Month no minimum term is now an option (for additional cost).
Also quarterly 12-month subscriptions are available.
What happens if I need help using the platform?
We provide onboarding support to get you started, plus ongoing technical support for any platform questions. The Tech Advisory Service is also there to help with technical vehicle questions.
How quickly can I get started?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive login credentials immediately and can start accessing all MotorTech features right away. We can also arrange onboarding training if needed.
